Blood Drive The Braham Community, with the help of Student Council, is hosting a blood drive on Thursday, January 25 in C100 from Noon to 6:00 p.m. Any students 17 and older are eligible to donate. 16 year old students are able to donate with parent permission. See Mrs. Johnson to sign up or to pick up a permission slip.


Attention all 7-12 students: Beginning with 2nd semester, any student who is assigned ISS for any reason will not be eligible or allowed to participate in or attend after school activities or events, including concerts, practices, games or matches.


Weight Room There has been a change to the weight room schedule for this week only: The weight room will be open on Thursday and Friday instead of Wednesday and Friday.


Paraprofessional Recognition Week This week we would like to recognize our paraprofessionals who provide services in multiple settings within our schools, including support for instruction, student activities, and individual students, as well as numerous other tasks that contribute to the educational success of our students. High School Paras - Holly Olson, Carla Maslow and Shawna Surdey. Elementary Paras - Ellen McKinney, Amie Shockman, Peter Duvernay, Barb Johnson and Michelle Oquist. Please take time this week to say thank you for all they do!


FOR Club The Friend's of Rachel Club is sponsoring a "Mix It Up Day At Lunch" this Friday January 26th! The purpose of this lunch activity is to encourage students to meet others that they might not normally talk to or sit with. FOR Club members will be around at all lunch shifts to direct students to randomly sit at a different table just for the one lunch period.

Activities Thursday night's results: 7th grade girls basketball beat Ogilvie. 8th grade girls basketball lost to Ogilvie. JV girls basketball beat Isle. Varsity girls basketball beat Isle 68-51. JV boys basketball beat Isle. Varsity boys basketball beat Isle 89-58. Friday night's results: 7th grade girls basketball beat Pine City. 8th grade girls basketball beat Pine City. C-team girls basketball lost to Aitkin. JV girls basketball lost to Aitkin. Varsity girls basketball lost to Aitkin 54-44. Wrestling took 6th place at the North Branch Invitational. Tonight we have JH Girls Basketball vs. East Central in the west gym. 7th grade at 4:15 and 8th grade at 5:15. Good luck girls! We also have a 7-12 Band Concert tonight at 7:30 in C100. We hope to see you there!
